After more than a year of development, prototypes and testing, the first board developed by Vagaboarder for Outride took shape.
The aim was to create a skateboard that could be used comfortably on the street but also capable of doing tricks. Two boards were born from this concept: Firewing and Okinawa. The former with a more surf-oriented riding style, the latter with a more skate-oriented setup".
The Firewing has a setup that allows it to turn almost like a surfskate. At 81 cm, it is as long as a normal skate but light years easier to handle thanks to its increased width and wheelbase.
