Contessa Nera Cavatelli recipe with pork ribs Ingredients500 g of fresh cavatelli5-6 pork ribs1 l of tomato paste (possibly homemade)2 sausages1 oniona glass of white wine2 tablespoons of olive oil and pepper Preparation In an earthenware pan heat the oil with the onion cleaned and cut into thin slices, add the ribs and sausages and brown for 5 minutes; add the wine and let it evaporate well. Halfway through cooking, add the tomato paste and let it cook for at least 2 hours. Make sure it doesn't stick.
