Recipe from the Black Countess of the Caprino Bruschette Ingredients8 slices of homemade bread4 semi-matured goats' cheeses2 garlic cloves3 tablespoons of olive oil2 tomatoes8 pinches of paprika1 tablespoon of aromatic herbs, pepper PreparationSlightly brown the slices of bread, without drying them out. Peel the garlic cloves and rub them on one side of the bread slices that you will brush with half of the oil. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into slices. Cut the goats in half in the direction of the thickness. Turn on the oven grill. Place two slices of tomato slightly overlapping in the center of the part with the garlic of each bruschetta. Place 1/2 goat`s cheese on top, sprinkle with aromatic herbs, salt and pepper, then sprinkle with a drizzle of olive oil. place the bruschettas on the drip pan and pass them at 10 cm from the grill for about 3 minutes, until the goat`s cheese is golden. Sprinkle each bruschetta with a pinch of paprika and serve hot or warm. |
