Recipe from the Black Countess of Horseradish Washers Ingredients2 courgettes 2 tablespoons of skimmed cheese in flakes 1 lemon 1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt 1 teaspoon of grated horseradish 1 clove of apple a few fresh radish, white pepper Preparation Wash the courgettes very well, then cut them into slices about 1.5 cm high, sprinkle with plenty of lemon juice, cover them with film and leave them to gain flavor in the refrigerator for half an hour.Work the cheese with the yoghurt, the horseradish and the blended apple, salt and pepper, until you get a soft but sustained cream (if necessary put it in the refrigerator). Stuff the zucchini slices with tufts of cream and serve garnishing the dish with slices of radish. |
