Contessa Nera's recipe - Tagliatelle with shrimpsIngredients: 4 people - 150 g of shelled shrimps, - 300 g of egg pasta and cherry tomato capuliato, - 2 cloves of garlic, - salt, - a sprinkling of breadcrumbs. Method: Cook the pasta in salted water. Brown the cherry tomato capuliato, garlic and shrimp in a pan and when the shrimp is golden, turn off the heat. Drain the pasta and dress it with the shrimps adding a sprinkling of breadcrumbs. |
