Contessa Nera's recipe - Spaghetti with tomato capuliatoIngredients: 4 people - 200 g of cherry tomato capuliato - 350 g of spaghetti, - 2 cloves of garlic, - 100 g of black olives, - breadcrumbs, - fresh parsley, - 1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil, - salt. Preparation: Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Brown the oil, the cherry tomato capuliato, the black olives and the crushed garlic in a pan. When the garlic is golden, remove the pan from the heat. In another pan, brown the breadcrumbs just a little bit. Drain the pasta and dress with the prepared sauce, sprinkle with fresh parsley and breadcrumbs. |
