Contessa Nera recipe - Fresh tuna butterfliesIngredients: 4 people - 500 g butterfly type pasta, - 400 g fresh, washed and diced tuna, - 200 g cherry tomato sauce, - 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, - 1 Garlic, 1 bunch of fresh and chopped parsley, - Salt and pepper. Preparation: In a pan brown the garlic in the oil and after a minute add the tuna and let it brown well for a few minutes. Add the cherry tomato sauce and cook for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and when it is al dente, drain it and pour it into the pan where you cooked the tuna. Turn well, add the fresh chopped parsley, a good dose of ground pepper and serve immediately. |
