Replacing the ceramic cartridge of the mixer of sined showers is very easy
Nowadays, changing a cartridge for an outdoor shower mixer is really very easy. We have different types of replacement cartridges in our catalogue, they don`t break, but if they do you will find them here.
First of all, you have to remove the knob, which is used to open and mix the water. This will expose the part to be replaced.
The only thing you need to do is try not to break the gasket. Then, using a spanner, unscrew the ring nut that holds the cartridge to be replaced and the underlying cap in place.
You can now easily remove the cartridge from the housing. Check whether there is any limescale on the cartridge and remove it if necessary.
The hardest part is now over, fit the new cartridge and repeat the process in reverse. Easy, isn`t it?
